Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding.
ServiceFlow AI Systems ("ServiceFlow"), a division of DCRN Inc., will create a basic business website on your behalf using AI-assisted tools based on information and preferences you provide. The website will be hosted on ServiceFlow's web servers at a subdomain of ServiceFlow.live.
The one-time website creation fee of $99 CAD is non-refundable once the AI-guided interview process has begun. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Website hosting is included at no extra charge for as long as you maintain an active ServiceFlow subscription at Tier 2 or Tier 4. If your subscription lapses or is downgraded below Tier 2, your website will be taken offline until a qualifying subscription is restored. Your website files will be retained for 90 days after subscription lapse, after which they may be permanently deleted.
After 12 months from the start of your qualifying Tier 2 or Tier 4 subscription, you may request a full copy of your website files to host elsewhere. Until that 12-month period has elapsed, the website cannot be moved to another hosting provider. Upon request after the 12-month period, ServiceFlow will provide all website files within 10 business days.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content published on your website. While the AI assists in creating the site, you are required to review all content before locking it down for publication. By approving the final website, you accept full responsibility for its content.
ServiceFlow reserves the right to refuse to host, or to immediately suspend hosting of, any website whose content:
If such violations are detected — now or at any time in the future — ServiceFlow may, without prior notice, hide the offending website and replace it with a completely generic placeholder site. The original website will remain suspended until you modify the content to meet reasonable community standards, at which point it will be reviewed and restored.
You retain ownership of the business information, text, images, and other content you provide for the website. ServiceFlow retains ownership of the underlying website templates, code, and AI-generated design elements. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these elements as part of your hosted website and, after the 12-month portability period, in any exported copy of the site.
ServiceFlow provides the website creation service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will meet all of your expectations or requirements, though we will work with you through the review process to achieve a satisfactory result. ServiceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or damage to business reputation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ServiceFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the content of your website, your breach of this Agreement, or any claim that information you provided infringes the rights of any third party.
ServiceFlow may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the hosting service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in Ottawa.
